1800’s.
Hand
painted porcelain head has brown paperweight eyes and pierced ears
with earrings. Handmade, long blonde mohair wig. Jointed composition
body. Her costume is a copy of a Russian peasant festive outfit from
Kristin Thor Wheeler. Cream silk full sleeved blouse with red silk
dupioni dress. The dress has an intricate painted and beaded motif.
Doll has fine cotton complete set of underwear. Leather low cut boots
and hand knitted socks.
She
is accompanied by a tiny Bru Shandele. She is 10"
with blonde mohair wig, grey paperweight eyes. She has pierced ears
with earrings. Her costume is cream and brown silk, with full underwear.
