you for your interest in our dolls. All our prices are in Canadian dollars.
We require payment via cheque, money order or PayPal before shipment.
Please email us (purchase@porcelaindollsbysharon.com)
for an invoice for your doll, or dolls, with the Canada Parcel Post
costs including insurance to your specific address. Please include
the name of the doll you wish to purchase, your name, mailing address
and which shipping priority you prefer. All dolls are subject to availability.
Shipping
Our dolls are shipped as soon as payment is cleared. For faster delivery,
Priority shipping is available and shipping costs will reflect that.
International orders are subject to customs delays.
Payment
Options
We
accept money orders, cashiers cheques and PayPal. Orders are taken online
24 hours a day. Please allow extra processing time if paying with personal
cheque. Your order will not ship until the cheque clears your bank.

Pricing Disclaimer
We
are not responsible for incorrect pricing relating to our website. Therefore,
prices are not final until your order is accepted by Porcelain Dolls
by Sharon. If an error is found you will be contacted with a correct
price at which point you may either continue with your order at the
new price or cancel your order.
Damaged
Merchandise
Damages
should be reported within three days of receipt of the order. Keep the
box containing the damaged merchandise for proof. We will do our best
to replace any damaged items you receive.
Follow these steps to return damaged merchandise:
1. Have the following information available:
a. Order Confirmation Number
b. Item Number of damaged merchandise
c. Tracking number
2. Contact us via e-mail to obtain instructions.
3. Re-box the damaged merchandise in it's original packing and copies
of any packing slips or paperwork received if possible.
4. Return to us the damaged merchandise.
