Modern,
contemporary dolls
Modern
dolls are realistic figures of adults, children and fantasy items. A
whole mass of work from many fine, artistic people; basically made in
the latter part of the 19th century until now and will continue. I will
never be able to reproduce them all. Many of the top artists have gone
to the mass market with vinyl and other media. The dolls that I make
are not mass produced. One of my favorite artists is Dianna Effner,
she models sweet children, but there are many others.
